Our Employment Practices Group helps employers comply with state and federal employment laws. We help employers mitigate employee disputes. We represent employers in investigations by, among others, the EEOC, OSHA, NLRB, and the Department of Labor. We defend employers in wage and hour lawsuits.

We work directly with your managers on daily compliance and policy issues, including compliance with the following laws:
